Bergen Museum & 2 for Tango Present ART & TANGO TOUR
The Bergen Museum is sponsoring its annual ART & TANGO TOUR to Buenos Aires. The tour, hosted by 2 for Tango, Inc., leaves in October, 2006. You will stay at a 4 star hotel in the heart of the city, steps from the best shopping.
You will visit several of 15 museums, including the National Museums of Decorative Arts, Fine Arts, Oriental Arts and Latin American Arts and enjoy a tour of the opera house as well. If possible we’ll attend a performance at the Opera House. You’ll tour city neighborhoods, enjoy evening dinner and tango shows, visit the Tigreor spend a day on the River Plate for a trip to historic Colonia in Uruguay. The many tango salons in the city and suburbs offer dancing every night. A visit to the gaucho fair for asada and to watch their horsemanship is planned as well as other opportunities to mix with the locals.
